Nortech Elettronica is officially expanding its offering by introducing the Fast Prototyping Service to the market, a service already active for a long time for our established customers.
Thanks to the results achieved and the growing interest shown over the past months, we have decided to make this service available to all new clients who require quick and effective validation of their electronic prototypes.
It is a natural extension of our production capabilities, designed to support R&D departments even more closely during the early stages of product development, ensuring precision, speed and reliability.
A Service Designed for Development
The Fast Prototyping Service includes SMD and PTH assembly only, without additional production phases.
This approach allows for rapid technical validation of the developed solutions and enables agile adjustments in case design changes are needed.
With a dedicated line and streamlined processes, the service is ideal for those who need reliable prototypes within tight deadlines, without compromising on quality or accuracy.
Key Strengths of the Service
- Speed
Ultra-short turnaround times once the kit is completed, for prototypes up to 1,000 components and PCBs up to 8 layers.
For more complex configurations, timing will be defined following a technical assessment. - Cost-effectiveness
Highly competitive pricing thanks to the use of dedicated tooling and programs designed for one-off assembly, not intended for mass production. - Dedicated Management
A specialized team oversees the entire process, from quotation request to shipment of the completed prototype, ensuring clarity, promptness and maximum attention at every stage.

DFX Service for Project Optimization
For those who wish to refine their design after the prototyping phase, Nortech offers, upon request, a DFX (Design for Excellence) analysis service.
This tool allows the evaluation of manufacturability, reliability and process optimization, preparing the project for the next industrialization phase in a safer and more efficient way.
