Material requirements planning, or MRP, elaborates the list of requirements according to the Master Production Scheduling inserted within the system. The team of acquirers manages the procurement phase through RDAs processed by the management software.
In the procurement phase, the purchasing staff conducts a meticulous analysis in order to understand which is the best offer condition from Distributors, verifying costs and delivery times, and thus being able to respect the customer’s delivery deadline, something crucial in our company policy.
Suppliers are selected by our Quality Assurance also in order to guarantee the origin of all components, for ensuring correct and prompt traceability. Materials inputs are planned according to production needs.
In addition to all the rest, NORTECH ELETTRONICA also offers a service for managing obsolete and/or discontinued components, through a network of selected independent Distributors, which are able to guarantee conformity for all parts found on the free market (OEM stocks and/or local foreign distributors) with laboratory checks established with our Quality Assurance.
