Once again this year, our traditional “Apericena Under the Stars” proved to be a precious moment of connection and sharing. On Friday, July 4th, in the charming setting of our company garden, we enjoyed an evening filled with conviviality, team spirit, and fun.
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who joined us—employees, partners, and friends of Nortech—whose presence and enthusiasm helped make the event truly special.
The positive energy and sense of belonging shown by our team members were the beating heart of the evening. In a market that is increasingly complex and unpredictable, it is exactly this cohesion and determination that allows us to face future challenges together—with a close-knit and motivated group.
During the event, we also presented an important recognition: the 2024 Team Top Player Award, based on the votes of all our workforce. It was an emotional and engaging moment, meant to celebrate commitment, professionalism, and a strong collaborative spirit.
The evening featured a rich buffet and lively musical entertainment, which provided the perfect backdrop for smiles, conversations, dancing, and plenty of toasts.
